Customer care and communication

Every response we receive is dealt with promptly and efficiently. We will communicate with the client to answer any questions they have, to arrange viewings and to accompany them on visits.

Itili only charges fees to vendors. We believe that Estate Agency services are fundamentally no different to those of any retail organisation in that service to the buyer is part of the deal. Purchasers understand that they need their own legal, para-legal and technical advice to protect their interests when they buy a home. We are happy to help clients obtain this advice by referring them to independent solicitors, Italian para-legal services, notaries and surveyors and we will gladly assist these professionals by providing them with documents, where neccesary.

Whilst this policy may not appear to benefit vendors directly, the effect is frequently to make the houses we sell more affordable to buyers, so the price and saleabilty of the houses we market may ultimately be higher.
