Locality

Rome is accessible by car in about 90 minutes, or by high speed train from Terni, 20 minutes away. Viterbo, 80Km west, is to be site of Rome's third airport, as well as having hot springs and a spa. Closer at hand are the Valnerina - a haven for trekking, fishing and rafting, and Italy's highest waterfall, at Marmore.
The house, once refurbished, would make an excellent holiday rental investment.
