Location:
The quaint hamlet of Montemartano is situated in one of the most beautiful regions of Umbria - the Monte Martani nature park. Although it is only 15Km from Spoleto and other historic towns and cities such as Montefalco, Assisi, Trevi, Perugia, the village enjoys complete peace and tranquillity.
The village has two restaurants, an agriturismo (with a pool open to the public) and a little grocery and bar.
Perugia airport, about 45 minutes away, is served by low-cost flights from London Stansted. Rome and Florence are less than 2 hours away.
There is an good rental market in this area of outstanding natural beauty.
